We offer three different tiers of service:

Support Tier

​This option is for the traveler that already knows where they want to visit - we will help plan and book your hotels and tours,  freeing you from the logistics and allowing you to focus on the details of the journey yourself.

This service requires a $250 Deposit, which is applied to your final trip balance.

Prestige Tier

​This option is for the traveler who desires more support and beginning-to-end trip management. We plan, coordinate, and confirm all details of your trip, and remain available during the trip to assist if any issues arise. 

Includes:

• Discerning itinerary design tailored to individual needs, family dynamics, and personal preferences

• Full booking management for accommodations, transportation, and exclusive experiences

• Coordination with local guides or cultural experts for on-site explorations 

• Detailed travel dossier and pre-voyage family briefing​​

Planning fees start at $200/per day of travel, plus travel costs. Each experience is tailored and quoted individually.

 

Voyager Tier

This premier option is for the traveler who seeks the pinnacle of personalized care and the artistic preservation of their journey’s history. 

Includes everything in the prestige tier, plus:​​​

• Dedicated, concierge-level travel companion who accompanies you throughout your journey, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and every moment reflects a white-glove experience at every turn​

• Professional photography sessions during your trip to capture legacy-worthy moments

• Legacy deliverables (digital or printed heritage documentation and post-trip commemorative artifacts.)​

To maintain our standard of white-glove service, our planning and management fees are scaled based on the length of your journey, the number of destinations, and the complexity of the logistical requirements. This ensures that every hour of coordination - from initial curation to on-the-ground support - is orchestrated with the focused attention your trip deserves. We will provide a definitive quote once the preliminary scope of your legacy journey has been defined.
